Dirk has a long and proud history in the tradition of the Dutch ebike industry. Coming from a family of luxury physical goods importers and exporters, Dirk has built a reputation as a strategic emobility business developer in Europe and America.
I am a passionate entrepreneur working on the future of E-mobility. As an engineer and economist, my interests are quite broad, from Software Development and Econometrics to Product Design and Business Innovation Management.
Operations Leader with 18 years’ experience driving strategic growth, scaling global operations, and leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in technology and innovation-driven environments. I specialise in developing efficient, data-driven systems that deliver measurable impact, streamline complex processes, and align with sustainability and growth objectives.
Paul has amassed over 20 years of supply chain and logistics experience at some of the world’s largest companies. He was one of the early leaders of Amazon Logistics in the UK, building out and being responsible for operations throughout the UK while providing executive leadership several thousand people. Paul was responsible for delivering operational transformation across Europe and delivered innovative programmes such as Sameday delivery and Locker delivery across Europe. Paul was also the executive UK sponsor and on the steering committee for Amazon operations globally. In 2019 Paul joined British Airways where he held budget responsibility of £100m per annum.
People and (international) business development are my sincere passions. Working with passionate people, colleagues, partners and clients we daily create new ideas and consequently create new business. I am a result-driven, hands-on operations leader with 13 years of experience, passionate about people, operations excellence, and customer experience.
I help businesses launch, manage, and improve large-scale operations networks using my solid strategic approach focused on best industry practices mixed with on-the-ground troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Gian is a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in e-mobility and clean technology across Europe and North America. As Head of Marketing at Eli Electric Vehicles, he secured funding through campaigns, launched US pre-orders for their micro-EV, and supported global growth. Previously, he held leadership roles in the EV charging industry at WAVE and EVBox, driving brand awareness, thought leadership, demand generation, and product launches. Earlier, Gian led marketing at Estrima, pioneering the international expansion of the electric microcar Birò. He built the brand from the ground up, overseeing the go-to-market strategy and the creation of a car-sharing platform.
